The challenge was to develop a series of illustrations that purely reflect my unique drawing style, without a specific purpose or concept behind each piece. These projects were a chance to explore and showcase my personal artistic expression.
The goal was to experiment with line work, texture, and mood, creating pieces that showcase my versatility as an illustrator without the constraints of a defined theme or narrative.
By embracing a free-flowing approach to illustration, I explored different techniques and expressions, highlighting my ability to capture emotion and detail. The drawings were crafted to reflect my love for various mediums and my individual artistic voice.
As a designer, I believe it is a valuable and important tool to be able to create your own visuals and imagery. By showcasing my personal illustrative style, this is reflective of the kind of work I can produce at my skill level, and further strengthen these drawing skills in future projects.
